All sales are final.  If your Nubag arrives damaged for any reason, please get in touch with customer service immediately and we’ll send out a replacement.  The last thing the world needs is another sweaty sack!

All orders made online before 3 pm EST are processed the same day and delivered within 3-6 business days.

If you have a seriously sweaty sack and need your Nubag sooner than that, please contact us and we’ll be glad to upgrade your shipping for a fee.  However, if your sweaty balls need that much attention, we recommend you take a shower before getting in touch with us.
